There is an IGI for a John Williams born 14 Jan 1827 in Kettering, Christened 23 Sep 1827 in Great Meeting - Independent to Thomas and Elizabeth. However, link needs to be verified.

Christening data from IGI
I previously thought Hannah's surname was Adkins. Freebmd have two possible marriage matches in 1849 Oundle, one Hannah Adkins, the other Hannah Phillips. However, IGI's christening data, plus the visitor from Jane Phillips in 1851 census have led me to change my mind on this.
Evidence to be found for her later years in censuses with Richard Clarke. Cannot find in 1881, though. 1891 Emma is with them.
